Are you into creating mutual aid networks? Do you have a great idea that will spur community action? Apply for the GivingTuesday Starling Collective Fellowship 2021.
GivingTuesday’s Starling Collective Fellowship is a global learning community and also an innovative fellowship for grassroots organizers, activists, artists, and changemakers.
The Starling Collective is designed with the sole aim to identify creative, passionate, and committed leaders who are working earnestly to increase innovative approaches to generosity, empathy, equity, and justice. They are ready to arm Starling participants with the tools to implement their ideas.
BENEFITS
If you are selected as a Starling participant you will:
~Gain access to coaching and peer support.
~Develop your ideas and create an amazing change in your community.
~Participate in a six(6) month peer learning community.
~Receive a $ 2,000 US Dollar micro-grant to support your leadership development or your work.
~Have the opportunity to present your idea or initiative for a chance to receive additional funding to help you grow and launch your ideas and impact in your community.
ELIGIBILITY
★Applicants are accepted from anywhere in the world.
★Applicants must be over 13 years of age in the United States or the legal age to participate in the program in their home country.
NOTE: Applicants who are below 18 years must have the permission of his/her parent or guardian before participating or receiving any payments under the Starling Collective.
★Applicants must be legally permitted to receive and accept funds from a US nonprofit organization.
APPLICATION
All applications must be received by September 1, 2021, at 11:59 pm and all applicants will be notified as to whether they have been accepted into the program or not by October 8, 2021.
